Hey. How long does it usually take to get a refund? I've been waiting over a week now since I ordered the Moza truck wheel bundle and multi-function stalk. It was dispatched Friday, October 24th, and then DHL sent it back to Overclockers because they couldn't deliver to Guernsey (even though I've had the same items sent and delivered here this year). I was told it's a DHL problem now, but I still haven't seen my refund.

Usually 3-5 working days from when they receive the item back - though I’d argue that as you never received the item and dpd have taken it on themselves to return it then the sender then the sender should be waiving having to wait on the item being returned before initiating the refund.
Edit: as it’s been over a week I’d contact the payment provider. Depending how you paid you may be able to claim it back via your bank or cc.

Hi your best bet is to use the contact page to send them a message, I think you can also leave a message in this forum section which is private so only you and OCUK staff should be able to see it.
IIRC 5-7 working days after something is returned/booked in is normal, but as it's DHL returning something i don't know if that affects it.
