So I got a 780 for my cousin after convincing him not to sell his 1st 780 for a "Ti" so he could go SLI but he doesn't want it anymore, He's a 1 card type of man.
Now the only problem I see with this refund is that he has already redeemed the 3 game codes that came with the card.
Would a refund still be possible, It was literally bought 4 days ago.

I'd rather do things properly as the shop I bought it from I would like to continue buying from in the future.

Speak to the shop then. Those codes are two a penny, although I'd imagine it'd be similar to returning an opened DVD, etc.

If you've bought it in-store, then you may be lucky to get a refund at all.

I bought it from OCUK's rival store, The one that shall not be mentioned and sounds like an office type of equipment, The one usually that sits next to a printer *wink wink* :p

Just clicked who it is, you're right it would have to be. :p

DSR seems way forward, but I feel a bit sorry for whoever gets those codes next.

The thing is I received the codes via email because they were all out of stock of the physical copies.

Well it'll have to be sold as B-Grade so the person should know they may not get them. Bit of a dick move on his part too :L

Are the codes in anyway linked to that physical copy of the card? Is there anything stopping the next owner from getting their own codes via e-mail?
