Refurbished apple items

I was looking online for apple i-pod touches and came across one on the apple store £105 because its been refurbished. Just wondering how many of you have purchased any refurbished items from apple and were they in good condition/good working order?

They're in new condition with full warranty. The only difference is that you *might* get a standard brown box instead of the normal box.

Got my Macbook from the refurb store, had it a couple of years. Only issue is sometimes when I start it up I get a screen with a picture of a hard-drive and have to select it to continue booting (only gives me one choice, so not sure why it even asks since there are no further issues).

You can turn that off, iirc it's within the disk utility.

i've bought stuff, macbook, ipods, etc. Always been as new.

, it always seemed to be pretty random (sometimes happening several times in a row, sometimes not at all for a few days). I'll monitor it and see how it goes

Other than that I'm very pleased with the quality of my refurb Macbook.
