Well as the title suggests i'd like to know if anyone has any experience in refurbished monitors, my Samsung 206-BW started showing a strange white light through the right side of the screen so I contacted Samsung directly. They went through their troubleshooting and then said they would be replacing it within 5-7 days so I thought all was good. I called them up today to see if it could be delivered to my work address and they transferred me through to their courier who are infact a company that specialize in replacing panels etc. They said it would be a refurbished model and I would have to wait for it to come into stock before it gets delivered, I guess what I'd like to know is if anyone has had a Samsung monitor replaced before because mine was in perfect condition and I guess I'm just worried about the one I receive being scratched around the edges or anything.

Refurbished screens usually have all brand new casing.
