Refurbished vs new - Websites/insurance.

I made a thread ages ago (over a year) so looking for an update really but also a few more questions.

I am pondering a refurbished phone (S20/21) - where should I be looking? Amazon scares me a bit with regards to being trustworthy.

Anyone buy refurbished rather than new? All ok/no issues? I guess also the warranty is key here.

I hd a quick google and can see, I think, you can be insured on refurbished phones?

Heard about MusicMagpie but weirdly thought they were not trusted?

My S21U came from music magpie.
It was second grade down on thier site for condition.

It was immaculate, so much cheaper than new. It had one small scuff near charge port. Thats fine. It'll be more scuffed than that from my time owning.

I don't get insurance as very few cover 2nd had phones.
