Man, they are an absolutely DREADFUL company. Just refuse it, whatever you do don't accept it. They will have to issue you a refund as far as I'm aware.
I bought a camera from there a little while ago, took forever to dispatch and arrive (that might work in your favour) and then when it broke it took them nine weeks to turn it round. I actually had to start chucking consumer direct legislation stuff at them to return the sodding thing.
Utterly utterly horrid company, you cant even speak to anyone that has any idea of what's going on - they only operate a sales line and no support line. "Sorry but I'm a complete 'tard and the company I work for doesn't want anybody with a problem speaking to us. See ya."
