I have a 3700sd on a Gigabyte GA-K8NUSLI bios version f4 with 2gig of ddr400 and cant get it to boot windows with the fsb anything over 214?. The PC happily goes up to a fsb 214 but as soon as I set the fsb to 215 no matter what the multiplyer is set to after saving and exiting the bios the pc will freeze. I have tried running the ram on divider and upping the voltage but still the same result. I admit I am a novice at overclocking so may be missing something but I read and followed the overclocking guides, its just not happening for me?

Thanks for any info

Use the Easytune utility to up the speed by no more than 5mhz at a time. For some reason the board's bios is rubbish at overclocking.

Thanks ill give it a go, What version is the best 4 or 5?? I think 5 is a beta?
I was wondering about reverting the bios back to version f1, I know that it overclocked ok with that version, f1 doesnt support dual core so if I do upgrade i would be back in the same situ
