Regarding Rma

ok i have sent a motherboard back to OcUk, i sent a webnote regarding that i wanted a refund instead of exchange and i have just got an email saying

Goods Shipped:
£0.00 x 1 - Asus A8R32-MVP Deluxe Crossfire (Socket 939) PCI-Express Motherboard
(MB-131-AS)

i got this email before someone ammended my rma to refund instead of exchange can gibbo or anyone confirm what is going on i have no emails to say that the item wasnt faulty we are sending it back or we are sending you a new one, just an order dispatched email and a city link tracking number this email was sent 2.30 and the reply to my webnote after at 3.20 :confused:

anyone know whats going on?
