Register1 - How to use FTP?

Hi,

hopefully someone will be with these guys and be able to help me out as it's the weekend and I doubt the support desk is very active.

I'm trying to upload my site with FTP but it just declines my password with the FTP client and there are no FTP options in the CP.. The FTP service is running too.

Next question: Is it possible to change the default index.html to one in another folder? The way my website is structured it wouldn't work without changing all the links etc..

I use freezilla ftp program

All i need are three things
HOST
ftp."yourdomain"
USERNAME
admin#"yourdomain"
PASSWORD
"your password"
PORT
leave blank

simple drag n drop interface.

Is it possible to change the default root for the index.html?
