Done the online registering with serial No etc.
But when you look at your profile it shows not completed -send a pop email
with date of purchase etc.
So I did that but an email is requesting original proof of purchase inc price etc.

Whats the deal here? will they accept a scan of the receipt?
I can understand wanting proof I am goint to RMA it but just to register the product seems over the top to me. I guess they hope people won't bother & then the warranty will be one year only

Take a photo of your invoice & email it to [email protected] and also include the following:

Username (For the account you set up to register your card).

Serial Number.

UPC Code.

And Name & Address.

And make sure you check your account after 7 days and see if they have added your proof of purchase.

It took bfg nearly 2 weeks to process my POP so don't worry if it takes a while.
