registry cleaner/ general tune up..

Is there any good registry cleaners/ tune ups. That actually work and programs will still run after you use them. Don't feel like installing windows again.

Easier to get a program that tracks installations, ie it monitors the changes to the PC when installing ap's etc.. and assists when removing them.

Then just find 1 of the thousands of Tweak XP websites and use them for tweaking.
