Registry cleaner/healer & temp file deleter

Is there any program(s) I could get to clean the registry and temporary files from my computer? Used to use something like RegHeal on XP but don't know if it's worth it now or what I would use....

Vista 64 btw, any recommendations - if you get what I'm on about :s

I posted a thread on this, I get all these ActiveX/COM Issues showing up in registry cleaner thing in CCleaner but the problem is once cleaned, they are still there, cant delete them???

Hi,
I use Registry FirstAid on XP, I know it's Vista compatible but I don't think it's available for 64bit OS. If you come across a reliable one please can you post.

CCleaner is still the best for 64bit imo.

Cool...Thankyou. Looks like another s/w investment for when I go to Windows 7.
