RegClean or RegCleaner both work fine for me.

CCleaner has a basic reg cleaner too.

I believe CCleaner does it...I shant say the first work....Just rearrange Carp

Advanced WindowsCare V2 is extremely good, has a few other features in it.

another vote here ^ , a great free application

cc cleaner is also a good freebie but i would choose AWC out of the two
