I have been trying to solve a problem with installing itunes but keeps coming up with the following error ........
Could not open key:
Unknown\Components\xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx\xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.
Also when i go to that key in the registry is comes up with this message ......
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx cannot be opened.
An Error is preventing this key from being opened.
Details: Access is denied.
I've tried changing permissions and taking ownership of the registry but still locked ...... even tried in safe mode but no go either.
i have googled for solutions but hasn't helped so now i have come here if anyone got an idea what is goin on as it's getting abit anoying now because i can't install my itunes because of this stupid key lol
