It looks like a dll file is missing, can you find it in the file path the error points to? What software is it?

I tried to check laptop for the missing file and i even cant find this file on laptop (this error is on my desktop pc) This message jumps when windows goes to desktop after powering up. I tried to look this certain dll file on google but theres nothing to download.

It could be from a program that the laptop does not have installed.

Open up task manager, and take a screenshot of the start-up tab. Could be something from there which is not starting up properly.

ok.. i just turned off Microsoft Register Server from start up and the error message is not showing up.. well at least for now

Microsoft(C) Register Server looks like a virus... the fact it has a (C) looks completely fake.

I advice you run an AV scan and use something like Malwarebytes as well.
