Reinstall EA games

Need to format and reinstall windows on my SSD.

Can i re download and install my steam and EA games?

steam - find steam folder and copy it across to a backup medium such as an external HDD

after reinstall copy the steam folder back across to program files or wherever
for instance my entire D:\ is just my steam folder.
you will need to click the steam.exe in the folder and steam will auto update and then ask you to log in.

EA Games - go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts
then select the folders you want to back up and copy them across, copy them back to the same location after reinstall.

you may need to open EADM and install the game again, but it will work really quick.

Make sure any games with limited activations are either uninstalled or revoked before you format, otherwise you could lose activations.
