reinstall oem windows 7?

Hey everyone,

I'm having some small problems with internet explorer 10 and google chrome with loading. They both seem to flash and stutter to load, which has been annoying. Also steam doesn't like to connect straight away so when all I want to do is have a game of football manager I get slightly frustrated!!

I built the pc christmas 2011 and its been running brilliantly otherwise.

I have never reintalled windows to have a nice fresh start and am thinking of that at the moment. Would it be a good option? Does it matter that I had a OEM copy of windows 7?

Any replies would be welcomed...

you can re-install OEM windows as many times as you like (so long as the motherboard in your pc hasn't changed).

just remember to backup any important files that are stored on your windows drive first. i always re-redirect all my special user folders like documents/pictures/videos etc to another drive so it's not something i will ever forget about.
