Reinstall Windows 7

Hi, Currently Im using an Asus h61 motherboard and looking in too replacing that motherboard with a z68 motherboard. My question is do I have to reinstall Windows 7 or is it possible to plug in my current hard drive with windows and have it work seamlessly?

It may work, But it is recommended that you reinstall just so that you don't get any errors.

Clean install recommended

I always do a fresh install, helps to rule out any potentional software issues.
