Reinstalling Media Centre

Any way i can uninstall and reinstall media centre on vista?

the menu's when watching tv seem a bit laggy after a reinstall of windows, and the very botton cm of the picture is abit messed up.

had a search around but cant find out how. Am i just gonna have to reinstall windows?

For the time and effort it takes installing a clean version of Windows is the logical and easiest solution.
