Reinstalling Vista with SP1

I'm thinking of reinstalling Vista now I have SP1, is it best to install Vista and then install SP1 straight away without downloading any windows updates as I presume that SP1 includes any and all previous updates.
IS this the best way or do I need to download any updates before I install SP1.

sp1 has all the updates+ some extra stuff in it, just go ahead and install it after fresh vista install, it'll be fine,

I did it that why and its fine, shame im still playing all my games on XP still lol

Yes but you cant slipstream sp1.

Aye it does - however as said above you cannot Slipstream Vista with SP1.
If you've got an MSDN subscription you can of course download the new ISOs with SP1 already applied, but obviously not available to everyone.

To be honest their isn't a noticeable difference and I'm not just saying that because I use Vista, there just isn't a noticeable difference.

Obviously, deep down you are losing 1-2 FPS but unless your benching 3DMark, who really cares?
