Reinstalling Windows 7 with change of Motherboards?

I tried to look on google but I get conflicting answers, so I thought I'd ask here. Im going to be upgrading my PC, with it comes a new mobo, from a ASUS to a gigabyte, Im keeping hard drives so I still have windows 7 on. Because of this, when I come to start the pc again, will I need to reinstall Windows 7 or will I be fine?
 
being I have 2 hard drives, would it be wise to have my main drive plugged in alone when i install then once windows is installed add the 2nd drive?
