Reinstalling WOW quick question.

Going to reinstall WOW on my new rig and have downloaded the installer from the WOW website.

I have already purchased the 2 expansion packs ,Burning and Lich King.

When I run the installer it give me a choice of all 3, am I right in thinking that if I choose Lich King it will install the whole game, or just that expansion?

Choose Lich King and it will do everything I'm pretty sure.

If it's not too late you can just copy your entire WoW folder from one machine onto your new one then create a new shortcut to WoW.exe.

Otherwise, just choose Lich King.

I reinstalled for the first time in 14 months, after installing wow and doing the updates I then went to install BC and found out it had already done it. WoTLK is currently on route

Thunder, I'd highly recommend doing a reinstall.

I reinstall everything ever 6months. Wow really does get bugged down with rubbish and benifits from a reinstall exspecially at a time like now where we are getting lots of patches.

I haven't reinstalled in ages, despite tons of mods I don't use. I should, but can't be bothered.

Guess I will do it for cata. :rolleyes:

Reinstall, redo your UI and the game will feel and run soo much nicer.

It runs at 60FPS usually. I'm not raiding currently (leveling on a new server, this time horde side) so it'll do... for now.

Bloody UI though... I'm making do with the default blizzard on with nothing keybound. (aside of 1- 0). The default UI makes me a saddddddd panda.

I rarely to a total reinstall of WoW, when Blizzard announces a LUA change - I clear the cache, addons, and WTF folder, then reinstall all the latest approved from Curse + WoWace.
