Rejecting a car questions

I was a salesman years ago for Honda, Merc & Audi and it’s annoying to lose commission for something that’s not your fault, especially back when I did it when the commission was huge.
But it’s something you have to get used to, and at the end of the day the customer comes first (or should do).

Out of interest how much was the commission roughly?
 
Back then (Mercedes) it was iirc 12% of chassis profit + finance commission which could be a lot.
So selling a car with say £5K chassis profit on a PCP package would be around £700 or thereabouts + other bits like GAP etc.
Those days are long long gone now, hence why I stopped selling cars and went back on the spanner’s.

I'll be looking at facelift MG4s, work charging is now irrelevant as I've got my home charger installed but if it is required for whatever reason then single phase 3-4kw for 8 hours will be more than enough.
 
So apparently if you submit a claim to their HO it just seems to get fired over to the person you complained about to deal with :confused:

25p per mile but I no longer get the 250 miles free and I'm also liable for the mileage it'll take to dump it on their doorstep. Just pulling things out of thin air even more now.

Time for the chargeback, I've got evidence of being more than clear and reasonable so I can't see it being a difficult one.
 
Do you have home/car insurance with legal protection? If so consider bringing a civil suit against them for stress, pain and suffering, and any other recoverable costs.

* I may have watched some Judge Judy today.
