Status: With Girlfriend

Time: 2 Months

Feelings about it: Confused as we are having "Space" as she rushed into things with me after not long being out of a long term relationship ( guy was a **** )

Status: Seeing someone

Time together/time alone: A little over 2 years

Feelings about it: Really good but with her being at uni 80 odd miles away things get a little bit rocky at times and we both have some life changing decisions to make over the next few days which will basically decide our outcome together.

Reason your last relationship went bust: After being together over 3 years, you really get sick of some people. It was kind of my decision, which she hated me for for a few months. Now we're friends but won't ever be more than that.

Feelings about it = Love her more everyday, not had a fight in that entire time, looking forward to possibly moving in together in 3 months if it suits us though.

Reason your last relationship went bust: Apparenty she fell out of loe with me, but I think distance was a large part of it, she wanted someone that could just come over for an evening and see spontaniously like we used to do, I couldn't provide that after we finished uni and moved to different parts of the country...

Yeah i agree haha. There's so many dudes saying 'she was mental'. I'm pretty sure the majority of them would have their own side of the story though ;)

You're young, don't do it yet! I was with the same lass from being 16 to almost 20, and i've been with my current GF since 20 and i'm now 22. I only had a 3 month gap really where i messed around and sometimes miss wasting the opportunity to do it more. My advice, get out there and have some fun while you still can.

yeh have to admit thats a good thing, i can do whatever i want when i want :D so i will savour the freedom I have now :D wooooo!!!
 
Make the most of it! Don't get me wrong, i'm happy as larry where i am now and the lass i'm seeing but you can't help but look and think "What if?" sometimes.

Feelings about it: meh

Reason your last relationship went bust: with her constant problems coping with her clinical depression, she could not cope with life's normal troubles or a man who loved her and always tried to do what was right, no matter how difficult. So she ran away for some childish idea of rediscovering herself and getting well.

EDIT: Azza said it more succinctly: she was and still is proper mental like :p haha!

comments: nobody's perfect (myself included) but I know one thing - you cannot run away from your problems, and in her case, you cannot run away from yourself no matter how hard you try.

Reason for your last relationship went bust: Together purely for the lust aspect, there really wasn't a deep connection at all so the relationship died.
