No this isn't like all the other threads people have made (including myself) about their dilema's etc...

This is a happy thread.

Not sure if you guys remember my thread about a girl called Laina that i really liked and then her best mate and I got talking and we liked each other.

Well i've known Laina around 2 years.

We hadn't seen each other much at all within that 2 years.

We met up about 2 weeks ago and there was instant chemistry.

We met up again the next day and the same thing.

I decided that this is the girl for me and i really like her a LOT.

So yesterday we met up again and i went to her sister's birthday party (at her nans) (which was boring) but it was gd because i was with Laina.

We went back to her house after and i ended staying for the majority of the day.

I felt i could be myself around her and she felt the same, before we went, i ended up asking her out and now i feel i'm on cloud 9.

My jaw hurts (no not because of that you dirty lot :D lol) but because i had a constant smile on my face all of yesterday and today.

I honestly feel i have found my soul mate and i really think that it helps that we've known each other as friends before as it's made us both comfortable around each other and can be ourselves.

Just thought i'd share how happy i am with you lot :D

She is a bit younger than me (she's 15, 16 soon, and i'm 18) but frankly i don't care as i'm not doing anything wrong and she makes me feel so happy (happiest i've been in a bloody long time)

I only have one regret, and that's not letting this happen 2 years ago when we first met :D

I won't be going there until she's 16.

Remember girls age quicker mentally.

She has the same mentatlity of me, so either she has an older mental age or i'm a little kid inside :D

Thanks to all of the people who wished us well etc...

I really like this girl so am going to do my best to make it work.

Only problem is her mum (who has had bad experience with blokes).

Her mum -

Won't allow me in the house when she is not there.
Won't allow her to come to my house.

Yesterday she was going to town with her cousin and her mum asked "who are you going to meet there? Andy?"

She said no but her mum insisted on talking to me on the phone.

So i get a phone call when i'm sitting over my mate (4 miles from the town)

All i hear is "are you going to town"

I was like "Wah?"

Again - "are you going to town"

Me - "No :S"

What can i do to stop her mum being so ARRRGHH lol

Well i'm not going to be doing her (not until she's 16, as i don't fancy getting done etc... even though she prob wouldn't but i won't be doing that until then anyway)

I was thinkin of what you sugestted pinkpig, just getting to know her mum and being myself and show that i do care about her daughter etc...

Time will tell i guess :)

This is guaranteed to stop her mum worrying about what you might be up to with her daughter.

Her dad don't live with them as he is a Merchant Banker who treated them all rough when he was around.

Fox - I've had girls my age. I've had girls older than my age. I've had girls a lot older than my age.

Yes she is younger but 3 years isn't much in my opinion.

Girls mature faster than men so she is on the same maturity level as me.

Spent the whole day with her today (mum actually let her come up mine :o)

I'm going to her's tomorrow.

Has been a fantastic week and i hope it continues like this :)
