Bought the Phantek Kraken for my Skylake. Easy to fit, and easy to to wipe off the standard HS paste and replace with Artic Silver.
Runs quiet as church mouse, CPU idle at 20C with minimum pump setting (aka silent mode). Even on full is still reasonably quiet.
Downloadable CAM software allows full control through the USB connector, as well as changing the disco lights.
No-brainer buy for your CPU. Do not put the radiator directly above the GFX card in the case top (put it off-set), that added 15C to the overall temp of the CPU on my initial install.
