Do I need to worry? I came across this in reliability history but Nahimic app always works and there's no issue with sound? This is on my brand new laptop. Cheers!

Even a little blip that's not user detectible or important will flag up in reliability monitor. Nothing to be concerned about if sound has been working fine and only the flag is logged in the monitor. I see it sometimes with other apps, even Windows "stopped working" flags randomly, even though Windows has been perfectly fine as have other apps. Just one of those things really.
