Reliable & cheap host needed for small commercial site

Hi,

I've been out of the website creation game for a while now and am out of touch with suppliers/prices of hosting for a commerial site. Does anyone have any recommendations? I dont need much web space as the site is very small and basic, FTP access is required and I will definitely need about 5 email addresses. Any suggestions???

Thanks for your advice guys. I checked the ochostreview chart and went with Tsohost in the end. Under £22 for 1 years hosting and registration of a .com address seemed pretty good to me!
