Reliable & fast?

I've got to put together a new "server" for our small network.

I was hoping that bulldozer would be out but sadly time has run out and we must put it together this week.

My options are:

i5 2500K & ??? Motherboard
or
X6 1090T & ??? AM3+ motherboard (upgradable to bulldozer if its good!)

The machine will need 12-16gb ram, it will run a raid array for storage and a seperate boot drive. Main uses are processing data on our internal systems and driving multiple printers (its a print business). OS will be SBS2011 Essentials.

Any suggestions please?

I'm also after suggestions for whihc motherboard to go for, needs to have 4 RAM slots, usb 2 (3 would be nice), ESATA, gigabit network and possibly raid too.

Would be nice if it had a parallel port but i doubt they make them anymore!
