Relinux, how to use?

I am looking for a howto for Relinux, google is no help really... I am wanting to make a .iso of Ubuntu exacly how it is & want to know a easy GUI util for that...

For similar stuff in the past I've used qemu to install and run a machine virtually then taken copies of the ISO that is uses as my master.

Has worked for a fair few embedded systems I've made.
