Reload bookmark every - Firefox

I know about the reload every add-on, but I need something that will reload a bookmark every x minutes. Any pointers?

You could make a .html document with a javascript function to do it for you, then put the actual website within a frame. http://www.techtricky.com/how-to-refresh-page-or-part-of-the-page-automatically/

Doesn't ReloadEvery already do this? Or is the bookmark not opened?

It reloads the current page, not a bookmark.

I just tried it. As long as I have the bookmarked page open in another tab, even if I'm viewing a different tab without the reload, it still reloads on a timer. Is this what you want? Sorry, kind of unsure what you mean

I need it to open a bookmark, because after a short while the page I'm opening navigates away. I need it to reload the original page.
