Remapping Razer mouse buttons - Synapse 3

Hi guys,

I've been static with my key mapping on consecutive mice but being a lefty (handed, not political ) I recently felt the need to change things up a bit...

I don't actually use the Synapse app that often, but is it broken? I can't for the life of me change any of my key bindings? It used to be a simple case of selecting the button you wanted to configure and then pressing the keyboard key that you wanted to assign.

Any ideas?

You might be selected on On-Board Profiles, click the red micro sd looking button or if that fails try creating a new profile.

aye, turn off the on-board memory or go to desktop in the "profile" dropdown (unless u have it change for a specific game). But watch out with any macros in synapse, they sometimes save to the mouse or keyboard and activate when you don't want them to without synapse open.

Thanks both, I've tried everything - including a couple of different machines! There's definitely something up with it - even trying to factory reset it causes an error!

I've change button assignments before, so I know it shouldn't be this difficult.

I even gave myself a 'refresher' watching this guy (below), but the mouse isn't having it - time to replace I reckon.
