Remnant: From the Ashes

I purchased yesterday as a few mates were playing it - played for about 2.5 hours last night.

Impressed - I'd say its a mix between Destiny & Dark Souls. It's a looter-shooter with RPG element (different play-styles, different traits) set in a post-apocalyptic world and has a Dark Soul's type vibe about it in terms of the environment and enemies. Story seems pretty decent also. 3 player co-op.

I'll be playing this a fair bit this week so will write up a more detailed review after some more hours.
 
Buying this when get in, shame that progress is linked to the host for story progression but we'll play through as a 2 man team.
 
He will rate everything from an A/AA/AAA studio very negatively, anything Indy related always 10/10. He try's to make youtube money from moaning and then moans no-one likes him. Can't be doing with him, he says he just wants great games, he doesn't - he like ones with poor parts in to capitalise upon.

I was going from memory, I just had a look and the game is capped to 120fps.

Shouldn't think that would be a worry looking at you sig. :)

Same monitor as mine, so 100fps limit.
 
Bought it last night we got to the 2nd? boss and it looks well but you can tell the levels are copy and pasted we got confused if we'd been in certain pass through parts as it looked the same.

Runs well and supports 3440x1440.

I thought I heard the world/maps are procedural
