Remote access conundrum!

Ok so I've been wondering if theres a way to remote access my pc from work. I've used stuff like vnc to access it normally but the only machines at work with net access are a load of rubbish. They dont have a desktop, no tollerance for usb devices, and only use internet explorer with something running in the background which constantly refreshes the page and makes typing hit and miss. So I was curious if theres any way these machines could remote control for me Is there some kind of advanced web app that could do the job?

In an environment that appears to be heavily restricted, why are you trying to install remote access software?
