Hi

Each of our users have a 'home drive' on our Server 2008 server which they use to store their files.

Is it possible for users to easily access their home folder remotely without having to use VPN?

What we want is that the user is able to access fron anywhere and from any pc without having to use an extra software like FTP clients.

Remote Web Workplace or Workspace has been mentioned to me?

You could use this: http://hap.codeplex.com/

Intended for use in schools (and it's a FANTASTIC system for schools) but you could easily just turn off all the non-school features and use it purely for the file access part through a web page :)

You only need to run the FTP client on the server, IE or Firefox can browse the FTP share.

You'd need SBS 2011 to access your files in RWW.

Remote Desktop Services?
We use it for remote working.
It requires user CALs though which is a rip, but then MS would charge for scratching your own balls if you were sitting working on windows at the same trime.
