Remote access.

I'm using my laptop to remotely go on my main computer at home while @ uni. Is there however a way I can some how get the sound from my home pc to my laptop? Also would there be a way for me to use my laptop mic remotely and make it work with home pc?

Surely theres something out there that will make this work?

Forgot to mention im using LogMeIn. Is RDP some other type of software in replacement for LogMeIn?

RDP, or Remote Desktop Protocol is the built-in Remoting software in Windows.

You can use it over the Internet - you just need to forward the correct ports on your home machine. The other snag is the machine you are connecting to [your home machine in this case] needs to be at least a Professional version.

LogMeIn may have features/options to play sound, but they may be premium features. You will have to check the documentation.
