About 2 years ago I had a 3GS and used it to remotely control itunes on my 2009 Macbook using my iPhone. All worked fine nice and easy and havent used it since. Allowed me to select the song from my libary stored on my mac and control the volume, pause, skip etc.
Last week I decided to download the Remote app on my iPhone5 and it wont work with my macbook. Both are on the same wifi network, fire wall switched off, both itunes on my macbook and remote app on my phone are up to date. Itunes doesnt pick up my device to allow remote access. Only difference with laptop now is that I upgraded os to Snow Leopard. Any ideas?
