Remote assistance software/site?

I have a friend who is moving away but they would still like me to help with any problems they get with their computer, setting up remote desktop isn't going to be practical and I think they have a home version of Windows 7 anyway.

So could anyone suggest a good solution which will enable me to help them even if they're behind a NAT?

+1 for LogMeIn. Had 2 licenses for it at my old work, although there was free use too, just that you can't reboot the remote machine was the main limitation I think.

We use Citrix GoToAssist at work. It's fantastic. No idea how much it costs though.

Teamviewer is a great free alternative though.
