Remote Control - All in One

My Mother in Law dropped my Harmony One remote at the weekend and damaged the screen. Now looking to replace it and found that Logitech have discontinued the Harmony range (although you can still buy them). What are the alternatives now for an AIO remote?

Cheap android phone with an IR blaster, plenty of Harmony-esque apps out there.

I recently picked up a sofabaton; very cheap but its done everything Ive wanted. Got apply tv, kodi (osmc blutooth), sonos, tv, hdmi switch all running through it with some basic macros.

I like URC but not sure if new ones are any good (I have older MX-850)

If you go down the route of android + IR blaster is there an app that allows you to design custom layouts for each device/control?
