Remote control for my PC

Just wondering what solutions there are for remote control of my pc...

Basically i watch a lot of stuff on the pc while in bed on my 22" monitor. Now the pc is on the other side of the room and i may well be the laziest person ever. So what i want is a way of controlling media player from my horizontal position.

All i need is volume control, play, pause, fast forward/ rewind and previous /next.

Any way to do this easily and cheaply?

Thanks!

if you have a bluetooth phone such as a sony ericson they have built in blue tooth remote control. so all you would need is a bluetooth dongle for your PC.

W800i, K750i and k700 are models i know have this feature for sure.

Yup, all you gotta do is pair the phone with the computer, and the phone will ask if you want to start Remote Control.

Then basically the joystick on ya phone is a mouse etc.
