Remote control for pc?

After a remote to use with my mini pc to make YouTube and Kodi work better from the sofa. What options are available?

Last remote I had years ago was a windows media center Infrared one. Can't remember how it went since it's been so long ago
 
logitech K400 wireless touch tv keyboard with easy media control and built in touchpad
just make sure you choose the english qwerty version!

failing that, the

and if that isnt good enough, get yourself another wireless keyboard that has a numpad, and use auto hotkey to set the numpad etc to do what you want, autohot key, can use modifiers too, to open up a whole world of possibilities!

if you go to the logitech site and search for the logitech K400 it even says"

TOTAL CONTROL FROM THE COUCH" so it must be good, right?​

I didn't google that, I only googled " blue tooth keyboard with numpad, and track pad",and boom, the k400 touch tv keyboard came up​

, think my google fu belt should go up to a brown belt now!

That's a keyboard not a remote like a TV or android box has.

Looks like I may need to think outside the box on this and make a custom one using raspberry pi pico w or something
 
If you use the windows apps, can you control them from the equivalent app on your phone?
I know you can cast l from YouTube phone app to other ones, or add to a playlist that is on a browser and playing. Plex also let's you do it.

You can likely create your own using touch portal. App on phone + host it on pc, create buttons to do stuff on pc when you press them on phone.
 
Arrived today. Works very well. Will be perfect for my needs. The air mouse is very nice feature.
Surprised all the buttons are microswitches , I thought they would be like normal remote using a membrane method. Clicky but very good.
For 3.50p Inc delivery it's insanely good value.

On the phone at the moment will upload some pics when I'm on pc

Will work perfectly for my mini media pc. Won't. Need a keyboard and mouse now

Real buttons sounds great I hate those rubbery ones. Which one did you order, seems to be a load of different remotes with that description. Whats the real world max range on it.
