Remote Control iOS

Not sure where to put this, but as its a bit of both iOS and enterprise, I thought it might be better in here,

Does anyone have or know any software that can allow me to remote control iOS devices like they are in front of me, LOGmein which I use lets me configure a few things, but not actually take control.

Be a really big help, moved from Dingleberrys to iPhones and could really do with this....

FOund Bomgar, but looks very pricey..

Pity, I wanted it for when users are not in the office and have an issue, I could remote onto their device and see what the issue is..
