what is the best software on the market that is securer than windows remote management software? also will it allow me to log into other users pc's that allow me to remote log?

That's a pretty open question, care to give us some indication as to what you'd be using the connection for and how important security is ?

When you say "remote managment" are you talking about RDP, or the Computer Management console?

What is the problem with RDP?
 
If your using certificate services and you connect to clients using RDP over SSL providing you using the latest client software V6.0
