Q1) Is it possible to custom the resolution?

Q2) is there "fast switch" for remote desktop connection, ie, if i got 3 or 4 RDC opened, how to switch over to other RDP if they are on full screen?

Doesn't exactly answer your question, but don't bother using the RDP client itself and instead download a copy of Royal TS. You still need the RDP 6.0 client installed though, as it hooks into functions the client provides.

Gets rid of any resolution and multiple connection headaches.... also captures CTRL+ALT+DELETE to window as well, among other things.

Oh, it's free as well....

In answer to your question,

1 - yes you can select the resolution for a connect. Click options and change away...

2 - if you have them all open (in full screen mode) you can minamise them to your local taskbar. Then if you want to use any of them just open them up.
