Hi. I've got a computer i want to access through remote desktop connection, but the computer is always being used by someone. is it possible for me to login remotely as a different user and so the person using the computer will not notice me there?

concurrent connections hack (dunno if there is one, but that's what you want)

sever versions of windows allow it, i guess there's probably a hack to do it in xp

There's no (easy) way to do it in XP. I'd imagine if you want to do it on the sly physical access to the machine you want to "look" at is tricky/impossible.

If not (tricky/impossible) theres plenty of other remote control type applications and i'd think one of those would likely let you login. Without also having significant privledges on the target machine (more than that of the physical user) there's unlikely to be much way you could watch someone's screen tho.

Would think theres likely a few script kiddie hacking programs that would give you that kind of access but you open a whole new can of worms.

Depending what you want to monitor they may be easier ways to be honest.

If its just getting files then sharing files etc should do that, if its admin type work then not too sure of it. Bit more info would be useful I think
