Been on the free trials of ISLLight and LogMeInRescue and found them both very good at my end, although there is a lot of fuss at the client end, downloading/running/saving/security etc. All this can be minimised by distributing the .exe.

Any other recommended applications before I go ahead and buy ISL?

UVNC looks good, as it's free how is it distributed? Find IPs will be a bit of a chore and having to install in on all client machines is a no go.

Thanks

Dameware is awesome.

You can select an ip/hostname to connect to. If the client is not installed it will push it out. Very good stuff.

We use dameware. The only thing with dameware is i find the refresh rate not great.

Never had that problem myself ... you can adjust the display settings to force 4/8/16bit video. See if that helps.
