Remote desktop & Hibernate??

Hi,

Is it possible to remote desktop to a windows xp pro machine that is in either sleep or hibernate mode?

If not... what's the best approach for saving power... powerdown harddisk's and monitor after 30 mins etc.

Finally is it possible to wake-on-lan a pc straight from a router? (mines a USR)... as i dont have another pc etc from which i could WOL it from.

anyone??? im talking about windows xp own Remote desktop feature... not a third party's.

ok cheers... can you give me a pointer into how to do WOL over the internet? do i need any specific router etc. Also im on dynamic ip, using no-ip.com for a fixed address tho.
