Remote desktop server for android tablet

Hi, I've been trying to find a remote desktop server for an android tablet.

A bit of background: I'm using android tablets as touchscreen interfaces to a web based booking system. The screens are in remote locations.

I'd like to be able to remote desktop onto them for maintenance.

Is there anything like this available, or is this too much to ask of android?

Not aware of anything off the top of my head but it might be worth asking in the Mobiles forum if you haven't already.

Does that allow you to remote view the android device? I think that is what the OP is after.

My mistake, no it won't. I was thinking remote desktop from an Android device.

I was going to quote that very one,

It is very beta though, it's essentially a port of a linux vnc server to android with bits taken out, if you get the setup right (more on the pc end) then it works, but it can be a pig.
