Hi all

Does anybody know of any remote desktop software that works where the user cannot easily see the software and allows you to view games remotely.

I'm looking for some software to keep an eye on my son and his gaming etc.

He told me today he lost his minecraft account becasuse his account has been hacked.
I didnt believe him at first, and thought he had just lost his password etc, however after 20mins of checking online I find a youtube video with a load of minecraft usernames and passwords - and low and behold was my sons account!

He has never given his password to anybody, so instantly I have formatted both of his HDDs and reinstalled windows.

Fired and email to mojang to recover his account, however now I want to monitor his usage better. He must have had a keylogger on his PC or something.

I remember reading a while back about loads of stolen Minecraft accounts, main reason was due to phishing. Did your son perhaps get any emails which he thought was from Mojang but were actually fake?

He claims not, but I don't know for sure. I think it's time to watch his email account too now. His PC is now formated and admin acccount setup, he is now on child account only, and hopefully that will sort it. The program is I dont want to lock it 100% to my list of apps/exe files etc, he mods minecraft etc and most mods are just download an exe and run it, no installer etc, so a keylogger could have come from there, or like you say could be a phishing email.

I've installed UltaVNC now, and disabled the tray icon (used teamviewer before and he used to close the program so I couldnt access his PC) but ultraVNC can be installed as a service with no tray icons, he doesnt/cannot uninstall/disable that. But when he is in game I cannot see what he is doing, I have a feeling now VNC/remote software worked with DX or OpenGL is running!
