Remote Desktop Software

Hi guys,

which remote desktop software do you recommend? Can't really get away with the built in remote desktop connection in Windows as not all clients will be on Windows 10 Pro.

Some seem to cost £30-£40/month but I have noticed one called cloudberry which is free.

Being able to save clients for unattended access would be a huge benefit as well.

Not certain what the deal with MAC is, but wouldn't be surprised if there was also a compatible software.

For me to remote into other standalone computers from my standalone PC mainly Windows with occasional apple computers.

Have good experiences with Team Viewer. Easy for the client to connect up as well. Around £30/month isn't it currently

Is that easy for the client / end user to connect up to? One thing I like about Teamviewer is you enter a few numbers and you are in.

Might try "Zoho".

Not sure if anyone has any thoughts on that? Seems reasonbly priced and very easy for the end user to follow and allow access?

Just a quick update.

I went with Zoho in the end who offered so many free unattended support setups.

I've since used the free allowance and they have charged me £12 inc VAT for another so many licenses. I feel this is best for me now whilst i'm small but if I want to setup 50-100 desktops so I can remote onto them it's going to be pricey. It looks like Zoho charge £12 for so many unattended PC's then they charge you again to allow an extra 25.

Need something with a portable install and doesn't use the same ports as TV.

I have used "GoToAssist" in the past which was good but seemed expensive for me starting out.
